Private Beta Terms
Last updated: September 3, 2026
These terms apply to participation in the private beta of Swing Recall. By using a beta build, you acknowledge that the product is still under development.
Beta software
Features may be incomplete, change without notice, contain errors, or occasionally result in loss of locally stored beta data. Beta access may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Golf guidance
Swing Recall is a practice-memory tool, not a professional golf instructor. Summaries, cues, and other generated content are intended to organize information captured by the golfer and should not be treated as professional instruction or a guarantee of performance.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create or capture. You give Swing Recall permission to process that content as reasonably necessary to provide, test, secure, and improve the beta features you use.
Feedback
If you provide ideas, bug reports, or other feedback, you allow us to use that feedback to develop and improve Swing Recall without restriction or compensation.
Safe use
Use Swing Recall only when it is safe to do so. Do not allow interaction with a phone, watch, camera, or other device to distract you from golfers, golf balls, clubs, carts, vehicles, or other hazards.
No warranty
The beta is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law, without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Swing Recall will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the beta.
