Swing Recall is designed to help golfers remember what they learn during practice. This policy explains the information Swing Recall may process during the private beta and how it is used.

Information you provide

Depending on how you use Swing Recall, you may provide profile information, typed practice notes, voice recordings or transcripts, swing videos, Good/Miss and shot-detail tags, saved-swing notes, feedback, and screenshots you choose to submit.

How information is used

We use this information to provide and improve Swing Recall, organize your practice history, generate session summaries and recall cues from information you captured, maintain saved swings, respond to beta feedback, diagnose problems, and protect the reliability and security of the service.

Video and device content

Swing videos are used for capture, review, and Swing Library features. The beta is designed to avoid sending swing video content to analytics or crash-reporting services. Some app content may remain on your device unless a feature clearly requires transmission to provide its function.

Service providers

Swing Recall may use service providers for app infrastructure, AI-assisted processing, analytics, crash reporting, and beta-feedback storage. These providers process information on our behalf to operate and improve the app. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics and diagnostics

We may collect limited product-usage events and technical diagnostics. We aim not to include the content of your practice notes, Trove thoughts, swing videos, or beta-feedback text in analytics or crash telemetry.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the beta, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may contact us to request deletion of information associated with your beta participation.

Children

Swing Recall is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as Swing Recall develops.
